TYPES OF INFORMATION

DEPENDING UPON WHICH OF OUR SERVICES YOU ARE UTILIZING, THE TYPES OF NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE MAY COLLECT INCLUDE: INFORMATION WE RECEIVE FROM YOU ON APPLICATIONS, FORMS AND IN OTHER COMMUNICATIONS TO US, WHETHER IN WRITING, IN PERSON, BY TELEPHONE OR ANY OTHER MEANS; INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH US, OUR AFFILIATED COMPANIES, OR OTHERS; AND INFORMATION WE RECEIVE FROM A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY.

USE OF INFORMATION

WE REQUEST INFORMATION FROM YOU FOR OUR OWN LEGITIMATE BUSINESS PURPOSES AND NOT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY NON-AFFILIATED PARTY. THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR INFORMATION TO NONAFFILIATED PARTIES EXCEPT: (1) AS NECESSARY FOR US TO PROVIDE THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU HAVE REQUESTED OF US; OR (2) AS PERMITTED BY LAW. WE MAY, HOWEVER, STORE SUCH INFORMATION INDEFINITELY, INCLUDING THE PERIOD AFTER WHICH ANY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP HAS CEASED. DO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

Our process of collecting and disclosing information is designed to comply with applicable federal, state, and local statutory requirements, governing the use of consumer data, including those found in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Any personal information can be used by our Consumer Services Department when addressing or reinvestigating a consumer-initiated issue or concern. There are several scenarios in which we may provide information in your consumer file to a third party:

  1. Upon your authorization, we supply our clients with a consumer report. Information about consumers is distributed to our clients with a commitment from each client that the information will be handled in a secure and confidential manner. We may provide information about consumers to business entities such as:
    1. Entities granting credit
    2. State and federal government entities as permitted by applicable laws.
  2. Third parties may be authorized to receive information when handling a consumer request or dispute when a consumer signs the appropriate forms and provides consent to release their information to third parties.

For permissible purpose under the FCRA and other applicable laws, we may provide information in your consumer file to our clients and/or law enforcement and government agencies.

We do not use consumer information without prior authorization for marketing purposes, nor do we sell the information to organizations or agencies to use the information for marketing or solicitation except as permitted by law (e.g. Prescreening Firm Offers of Credit or Insurance permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please see below for the instructions on how to opt-out of pre-approved offers).

OPTING OUT OF PRESCREEN (PRE-APPROVED) OFFERS

Opt-out instructions: you may elect to be excluded from prescreening lists by accessing this link, http://www. Teletrack.com/election.html and completing and submitting the applicable opt-out form(s) provided here. You may also opt-out by calling our toll-free number at 1-877-309-5226 to speak with a consumer service representative or following the voice prompt instructions.

Upon contacting us you may choose to either opt-out for five years or permanently. If you choose to opt-out permanently, we will mail a notice form to you Opt-Out/Opt-In Election Form or you may print the form from our website listed above, which you must sign and return to us. While your request will become effective with Teletrack within five days of your notifying us by telephone or upon our receipt of the form you signed, it may take several months before the number of solicitations is reduced or discontinued.

You may also call 1-888-5-OPT-OUT (1-888-567-8688) to use the automated system to request removal from lists that are provided by Equifax, Innovis, Experian, and TransUnion to creditors or insurers. You can also request removal over the Internet at: www.optoutprescreen.com/opt_form.cgi .

If you write the DMA, you will be removed from DMA-member lists for five years. While your request to opt-out or opt-in pre-screen offers will become effective with CoreLogic Teletrack within five days of your notifying us by telephone or upon our receipt of the form you signed, it may take several months before the number of solicitations is reduced or discontinued after you have contacted the DMA.

Confidentiality and Security

We will use our best efforts to help ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of your information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals and entities who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We will use our best efforts to train and oversee our employees and agents to help ensure that your information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Fair Information Values. We currently maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Information Obtained Through Our Web Site

Teletrack is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important you know how we treat the information about you we receive on the Internet. In general, you can visit our Web site on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our Web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed and similar information. Teletrack uses this information to measure the use of our site and to develop ideas to improve the content of our site. There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name and email address. When information is needed, we will use our best efforts to let you know at the time of collection how we will use the personal information. Usually, the personal information we collect is used only by us to respond to your inquiry, process an order or allow you to access specific account/profile information. When, as with the public record, we cannot correct inaccurate information, we will take all reasonable steps to assist consumers in identifying the source of the erroneous data so that the consumer can secure the required corrections.

Education
We endeavor to educate the users of our products and services, our employees and others in our industry about the importance of consumer privacy. We will instruct our employees on our fair information values and on the responsible collection and use of data. We will encourage others in our industry to collect and use information in a responsible manner.

Special Message for Connecticut Residents Regarding the Confidentiality of Social Security Numbers
Connecticut’s legislature passed Public Act 08-167 requiring that consumer reporting agencies display to Connecticut residents how CoreLogic Teletrack, Inc. protects the confidentiality of social security numbers; prohibits the unlawful disclosure of social security numbers; and, limits access to social security numbers. Teletrack, Inc. takes the same protective measures described above with regard to other nonpublic personal information when handling a social security number and, generally, also does the following in addition: Teletrack, Inc. does not release the full social security number in reports when a consumer has requested a copy of his/her own report. A description of our basic security for nonpublic personal information is described above and applies to the social security number.
